Application
This machine is mainly used for all kinds of gift paper, wall paper, waterproof materials and other decorative materials of rewinding.

Case One: Paper Cups And Paper Bowls And Paper Lid Manufacturing
This model paper slitting rewinding machines widely used in paper disposable containers manufacturers factory. The paper cups,paper bowls forming machine need feed bottom reels to make these products. The machine can well cut jumbo paper rolls into narrow width rolls(minimum diameter can be 800mm). 

Case Two: Straw Paper and Cigarette tipping paper 
This machine is widely used in paper straw and cigarette manufacturing factories. Cutting jumbo roll into smaller size rolls then feeding in paper straw production line and cigarette production.
 

 

Case Three: Paper Tube & Paper Can
Paper tube is an indispensable tool in the paper product industry. The machine that produces paper tube also needs to input small paper rolls of different widths. These inputting small paper rolls width depend on how much diameter paper tube you want to make. Therefore, we must cut the paper jumbo roll into small rolls of different widths to meet the paper tube production requirements. 2. The unwinder adopts the automatic ultrasonsic correction, The winding adopts A. B air shaft, two magnetic powder control (or choose servo motor).

4. Rewinding shaft use two sets air shaft structure.
5. Circular /flat knife cut the materials. The waste edge uses high pressure air blower to discharge.
