This machine is a double bottom roller shaftless surface coiling,slitting and rewinding machine,which is suitable for sltting and rewinding of various super large reel materials,such as coated paper,carbon free paper, white cardboard,cigarette wrapping paper,Kraft paper,non-woven fabric,aluminum foil,self-adhesive materials,PVC plastics and other coiled materials.The host adopts three motor servo control to maintain balanced operation during acceleration.Automatic meter alarm function,The winding adopts a front and rear A and B inflatable shaft structure, and adopts a linear guide rail for automatic unloading.The unwinding adopts an ultrasonic/CCD automatic correction and correction system,enabling the normal cutting of irrgular materials.The waste edge is automatically sucked and shredded by a high-pressure fan for removal.
