Feature and Characteristic
1. The machine adopts three servo motors, synchronous control, automatic tension,central surface rewinding.
2. The machine uses frequency converters to adjust the speed motor, it can keep stable operation when speedup.
3. It adopts PLC automatic count and automatic alarm;
4. The rewinding adopts A, and B slip shaft structures (Air shaft can be chosen).
5. The unwinding adopts ultrasonic correcting edge position.
6. Circular /flat knife cut the materials.
7. The waste edge uses a high-pressure air blower to discharge.
8. Hydraulic shaft-less loading structure.
9. Loading rock, and material unloading convenience.
