Product Description GBK Large Jumbo Roll Slitting Rewinding Machine
GBK series model slitting and rewinding machine is our Leading model of Gaobao(Hightop) Machinery. It is the most automated, fastest, and most widely used of all our slitting and rewinding machines. It is equipped with 3 pole main servo motors, a German E+L brand edge positioning correction system, Siemens PLC, and other internationally renowned brands of electrical control systems. The stable running speed reaches 800 meters per minute, which can perfectly slit and rewind 100-500gsm paper jumbo rolls into narrow-width rolls.
Performance and characteristics 1. The machine adopts synchronous control of three servo motors, automatic taper tension structure, and center surface rewinding method;
2. The machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation to keep running smoothly during acceleration;
3. Automatic meter counting, alarm, and other functions;
4. The winding adopts A and B differential shaft structures, which is convenient for loading and unloading;

Unwinding stand:
GBK paper slitter rewinder machine adopts the hydraulic control unwinding stand, which can easily pick up 2000kg-5000kg weight and 1600mm diameter jumbo rolls. There are different types of unwinding structures that match different standards of weight holding requests, light structure unwinding and heavy structure unwinding. Unwinding tension was controlled by two sets of motors together or choosing an optional configuration that was controlled by hydraulic pressure.Conic Structure: Suitable for different unwinding core sizes, for example, a customer has paper rolls with different core size like 3-inch 5 inches 6 inches, or other size and need to change the core in the machine each time and spend more time if the size changes too much.

Servo Motor Tension Control: Suitable for different types of materials tension adjustment and making unwinding effect flat.
Regarding the unwinding tension control, we have three options, magnetic powder brake, pneumatic brake, and servo motors. The motors control tension system is the most sensitive and stable. EPC Sensor/Ultrasonic Sensor: The system is an automatic web edge position correction system. It includes an edge detector sensor, control panel, and driver motor. The high-sensitivity system always quickly automatic adjust the web edge position.
Slitting knives:
The slitting knife shaft diameter is 100mm. It is enough strong to hold knives and avoid trembling during machine running. Therefore, the cutting accuracy is very high. One end of the shaft is fixed, and the other end is rotatable. This design makes it very easy to replace the slitting knives. The slitting knife is made of high-speed alloy steel. It has the characteristics of high precision and durability.
Bottom Knife:The whole set of slitting devices consists of 2 parts, with a round knife and a bottom knife down the side. Rewinding Unit: Rewinding shafts adopt A, and B shafts. Two sets of motors drive rewinding shafts and output reasonable tension to get high-quality finished rewinding rolls. The cutting surface is smooth and has no wrinkles.
